Since 2015 ADAC has....

been asked to be a part of the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards. This event is about identifying students that display leadership in their local schools, and hosting them for a 5 day overnight camp at SUNY Oneonta.  ADAC's role has been to facilitate a workshop consisting of students understanding what their leadership styles are, and to effectively communicate to those they are leading.
