Susan Fairchilds

Prevention Educator

I am pleased to be joining Delaware County’s ADAC workforce as a Prevention Educator. My experience working in my community has always held a special place in my heart. I have over 25 years of experience teaching for various programs, clubs, and different organizations within Delaware County where the focus was education and learning. I am pleased to be continuing my passion of helping others and look forward to the opportunities this agency has to offer young people.

Bobbi Perry


Recovery Coach

I am extremely excited to be working at ADAC as a Recovery Coach! With a background in drug and alcohol counseling, trauma/mental health and family services as well as a passion for helping others, I hope to help create a safer community as a whole for the future generations to come. I cannot wait to help provide services within the community and help educate others about drugs and alcohol.

After 25 years in the classroom as a Licensed Teaching assistant, I am very excited to embark on a new journey as a Prevention Educator with ADAC of Delaware County.  Working with young people to help them reach their full potential has always been my passion.  ADAC's slogan, "Empowered by Choice," aligns with my personal philosophy.  Helping young people feel empowered to make choices that lead them in a positive, fulfilling direction in life is a role I am eager to take on.
