PROGRAM GOALS

-To educate participants regarding substance use, and how it affects driving ability in order to prevent future substance use related accidents and arrests

-To identify and refer those participants in need of further evaluation with respect to their substance use behavior

-To change the perception of substance use

-To educate participants on the results of impaired driving

-To allow restoration of driving privileges once all IDP conditions are met
